We run this website and the freephone line. When you send a vehicle's details, online or by phone, we pass them to an affiliated vehicle collection company that covers the vehicle's location. We do not collect vehicles ourselves, and we do not operate treatment facilities.

What the collection company does

  • contacts you with a valuation, given on a ‘subject to contract’ basis;
  • arranges collection with you, free of charge;
  • inspects the vehicle, completes the written contract with you and pays you on collection;
  • if the vehicle is completely scrapped at an authorised treatment facility, provides the Certificate of Destruction.
